We are not moving away from energy. Its definition is expanding.

Amor began with energy products, learned how the technology works, and built the electrical capability to deliver it properly.

Through Amor Energy, the Group developed practical experience delivering electrical systems, EV charging, renewable energy, energy storage and complex infrastructure projects in Canada.

AI and high-density computing now place unprecedented demands on power density, cooling, commissioning and reliability. That convergence is a natural extension of Amor's experience—not a sudden decision to become an AI company.

Operating execution and strategic development under one identity.

01 · LEGAL ENTITY

Amor Energy Corporation

Canadian operating company for electrical and energy infrastructure delivery.

02 · LEGAL ENTITY

Amor Global Holdings Inc.

International investment and strategic development platform.

One capability built on the one before it.

Our growth follows the infrastructure itself: electrical power, energy systems, thermal management and commissioning increasingly converge around digital infrastructure.

01

2018 · Origin

Solar products opened the door.

Amor Energy began in 2018 by importing and supplying solar products. That early experience built practical knowledge of manufacturers, product quality, logistics, applications and the Canadian renewable-energy market.

02

Build capability

From equipment supply to electrical execution.

As customer needs expanded, Amor became a licensed electrical contractor—adding design coordination, permitting, installation, inspection, commissioning and after-service to its product knowledge.

03

Specialize

EV charging, solar and energy storage.

The company developed specialist capability in EV charging infrastructure, solar PV, battery energy storage, electrical planning and the service upgrades required to connect them safely.

04

Scale

Residential roots to complex infrastructure.

Amor progressed from residential work into multi-residential, commercial, institutional, fleet, municipal and industrial projects—taking on larger services, transformers, switchgear, kiosks, DC fast charging and live-site coordination.

Next chapter

Mission Critical—from grid to rack.

Today Amor Group is extending its electrical and energy foundation into AI data-centre commissioning infrastructure: hybrid liquid/air server emulators, load banks, equipment rental, technical localization and CxA-aligned field support.

01

Understand the system

Start with the load, operating requirement and infrastructure constraints—not the product catalogue.

02

Accept field reality

Design intent must survive permits, logistics, live-site conditions, coordination, inspection and commissioning.

03

Build for the next phase

Every project should create a stronger platform for electrification, resilience and higher-performance infrastructure.

Established capability. Expanding ambition.

Let's build what comes next.
