AMOR GROUP | AI INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

Turn existing power
into AI capacity.

AMOR evaluates power-rich crypto, industrial and brownfield sites for phased AI data-centre development—connecting site infrastructure, technical delivery, capital and compute demand.

Expansion is conditional on site capability, operating proof, customer demand, approvals and capital authorization.View 1–3 MW pilot requirements

Power gets our attention. The full infrastructure makes the site viable.

Existing power-intensive facilities may create a development head start. Viability still depends on fibre, cooling, the physical site, approvals and commercial alignment working as one system.

Power alone does not make an AI data centre. The starting asset matters only when the complete infrastructure can support the target workload and operating model.Explore the six-part screen

The types of powered sites we review.

AMOR screens real sites where existing infrastructure may improve the path to deployable AI capacity. A strong starting asset is not the same as a qualified project.

01 / Conversion opportunity

Crypto Mining Infrastructure

  • Existing high-load electrical infrastructure
  • Potential modular layout
  • Established site operations
Conversion considerations

Existing high-load operations may offer electrical infrastructure, secured compounds, modular layouts and a brownfield schedule advantage. Conversion is not automatic: AI workloads can require materially different fibre, redundancy, power quality, cooling, controls, security and operating standards.

Industrial & Brownfield Sites

  • Power and utility infrastructure
  • Buildings, land and access
  • Potential zoning history
Conversion considerations

Industrial buildings, warehouses, parks and former manufacturing sites may combine utility infrastructure, land, access and established land-use history. Fibre, redundancy, environmental condition, permitting, cooling and conversion cost still determine viability.

03 / Power-intensive opportunity

Mills & Power-Intensive Facilities

  • Significant power infrastructure
  • Industrial utility systems
  • Land and expansion potential
Conversion considerations

Pulp mills, saw mills, processing facilities and former heavy-industrial properties may offer meaningful electrical infrastructure, industrial utilities and expansion space. Fibre reach, site remoteness, environmental condition, approvals and conversion economics require careful review.

Cooling is site-specific. Closed-loop systems, dry cooling, water-assisted systems and other project-specific heat-rejection strategies may be considered. Proximity to a river or large water source is not a universal requirement.

From power infrastructure to commissioned compute capacity.

AMOR combines infrastructure qualification with a practical view of what must eventually be engineered, procured, built, tested and operated.

SELECTIVE DEVELOPMENT

Sites that meet initial screening criteria may advance into technical and commercial feasibility review. AMOR independently determines which opportunities proceed and deploys development effort and capital selectively.
