Facility-Level Load Testing
Rack and liquid thermal emulation validate the IT and cooling side. MW-scale load banks complement them by applying controlled demand to the wider power infrastructure serving the data centre.
Facility level | LV + MV
Full-facility electrical load testing for mission-critical infrastructure.

Controlled commissioning load
Containerized and skid-based load banks for generator, UPS, electrical distribution and integrated systems testing. Systems are project-configured from individual MW-scale units through modular multi-bank deployments.

Commissioning applications
Final test responsibilities and procedures remain governed by the approved project commissioning plan and the CxA.
Technical context
Rack and liquid thermal emulation validate the IT and cooling side. MW-scale load banks complement them by applying controlled demand to the wider power infrastructure serving the data centre.
Systems can be configured from individual MW-scale units through modular multi-bank deployments, with LV and MV configurations selected against project voltage, power, interface and protection requirements.
Apply staged and sustained demand for generator acceptance, endurance runs, UPS or battery discharge, transfer sequences and recovery checks under the approved test plan.
Coordinate load steps with switchgear, transformers, feeders, controls and backup-power sequences to support integrated systems testing and black-building or resilience scenarios.
Skid, container, trailer and multi-container configurations support transport, mobilization and phased site deployment. Final packaging and cable interfaces are project-specific.
Amor can support configuration, mobilization, site-readiness coordination, temporary electrical interface planning, setup, operating support, troubleshooting and data-capture coordination with the owner, CxA, GC and EC.
