Mission Critical | Commissioning support
AMOR provides controllable electrical and thermal load equipment together with deployment and field support for functional testing, heat-load testing and integrated systems testing of mission-critical infrastructure.
The commissioning challenge
Modern AI data centres can impose very high electrical and thermal rack densities. The project team still needs to demonstrate capacity, sequence response and recovery without exposing expensive production servers to commissioning risk.
Temporary controllable loads allow the approved test plan to demonstrate that:
One facility | Multiple load layers
Different equipment families reproduce electrical and thermal demand at facility, distribution, rack and cooling-system levels.
Where the equipment fits
Each layer can be deployed independently or coordinated as part of a wider test program.
Common commissioning progression
Commissioning terminology and stage definitions vary by owner and CxA. The following represents a common mission-critical commissioning progression.
AMOR field support
Large-scale temporary loads must be selected, transported, staged, connected, configured, operated, monitored, repositioned and supported as site conditions and testing progress.
Review rack density, power and cooling architecture, test capacity and commissioning schedule.
Select the rack emulators, liquid loads and MW-scale electrical load banks appropriate to the approved procedures.
Coordinate transportation, staging, equipment movement and site logistics.
Coordinate temporary electrical connections, hoses, manifolds, CDU interfaces and placement with project trades.
Connect and configure equipment for the approved commissioning procedure.
Support staged load changes, monitoring and equipment operation during testing.
Adjust equipment-side interfaces and assist with equipment data capture where applicable.
Safely disconnect and remove temporary commissioning equipment after testing is complete.

Why AMOR
AMOR combines specialized temporary load equipment with the coordination, electrical capability and technical response required to deploy it around real construction schedules.
Equipment availability and deployment capacity are confirmed against each project's schedule and requirements.
