Where the equipment fits.

Final test responsibilities and procedures remain governed by the approved project commissioning plan and the CxA.

02CDU capacity and stability testing
03Liquid distribution commissioning
04Cooling-system capacity validation
05Retrofit and expansion testing
06Modular multi-unit deployment

Designed around the commissioning task.

01

From Rack Testing to Hall-Level Thermal Validation

When the commissioning scope extends beyond one rack, the standard family provides larger controlled liquid loads that can be deployed by zone, CDU or hall and combined into a phased test plan.

02

High-Capacity Liquid Load Simulation

Standard 300, 400, 500 and 600 kW ratings allow the project team to match temporary thermal demand to the cooling architecture. Each standard unit supports 1 kW loading resolution.

03

CDU & Cooling Infrastructure Testing

Use the load banks to exercise CDU capacity, control stability, liquid-distribution response and facility heat rejection under staged and extended demand conditions.

04

Modular Project Deployment

Multiple units can be planned around commissioning phases, test zones and available interfaces. Special voltage, power and physical configurations can be reviewed against project requirements.

05

Controls & Monitoring

Local touchscreen operation is standard, with optional remote-control capability. Electrical parameters and liquid-side temperature, flow and pressure functions can be monitored during test execution.

06

Applications

Typical uses include AI hall heat-load testing, cooling-system capacity validation, retrofit or expansion testing and modular deployments that build demand in controlled phases.

07

AMOR Deployment & Field Support

Amor can support capacity review, equipment configuration, mobilization, temporary interfaces, setup, operation, troubleshooting and coordination with the CxA, GC, EC and mechanical teams.

More than equipment delivery.

Equipment and field support for L4 functional performance testing, heat-load testing and L5 integrated systems testing under the approved project commissioning plan.

  • Equipment selection and configuration
  • Mobilization and site-readiness coordination
  • Temporary electrical interface coordination
  • Liquid connection coordination
  • Equipment setup and operating support
  • Troubleshooting and data-capture support
  • Coordination with owner, CxA, GC, EC and mechanical teams
